Yours Truly is on half day today...which means that at 12 noon I am free ...to do what I want, go where I like, at my own pace....Planning to do some shopping...ALONE. That's the key word. Hope to finish early and go back and make some Bread Marble Pudding. He..he...

Masak jantung pisang....

All this while Yours Truly tak pernah makan jantung pisang...never.
But when we went to the Sunday market, Yours Truly ternampaklah selonggok jantung pisang.Bought one for Makcik ..bila cuba, terasa sedap plak..So on Monday, Makcik ajar masak jantung pisang...this is the result. Sedapppp...

Since we didn't manage to enjoy the pool, the kids spent a few minutes running about at the playground. Mak ooii....punya besar playground dia...plenty of choices for everyone. Adam Dang Ding sampai kebingungan bak kata Makcik. Jat and Kakak ikut je ke mana Iyo pergi....

So last weekend, we went. Siap naik LRT...Yours Truly macam tourist guide plak with 2 Indonesian ladies....when we reached there it was already mid-day...Panas nye lah....

Sleeping beauty....such an angelic face...so innocent...so peaceful...But today this face has a bump on the small nose...Adam Dang Ding fell kat pintu belakang. Hopefully it doesn't last long...sigh..boys...

In cooking mode - this is one of the chicken dishes that Yours Truly tried over the past week..Apa ntah name nye...Ayam Goreng Something-something.....since the kids love chicken, they loved this...Quite tasty but Yours Truly realised that she has to work on the food presentation...

Kena ingat kalau nak ambik gambar kena 1. guna pinggan cantik 2. preferably not the free gifts ones (eg. Jacobs) 3. lap minyak keliling pinggan ...he..he...What say u? Next on the menu is Honey Meatball...

Remember the entry on the dress we bought for Kakak at Nilai ? Alaaaaa..the pink layered princess-y dress with frills and bows and puffed sleeves tu....Yours Truly managed to capture it for the viewing pleasure of all the MakTehs and CikChuts and MakNgahs in the world...1st time pakai masa pergi rumah PakNgah Cipul when they were leaving for Umrah....A bit over dressed for the occasion but WTH....janji dapat pakai...Kalau ada tiara and a magic wand and golden slippers sure macam Cinderella kan Kakak....Enjoy...

Excel 2007 - talk about embracing change..the 1st thing I have to embrace is the fact that my Pc now has Excel 2007...which is rather different from the 2003 version which I'm so used to....

Now in the midst of exploring and customizing the layout to suit my needs.....

At home pun the kids are embracing change as well....Makcik baru dah sampai....jeng..jeng..jeng..

Addiction - for the past 4 days Yours Truly stayed home...took leave as it's school holidays..

And for the past 4 days I have to tolerate the young lady's "addiction" to cerita2 Indon...

From 2 pm till 6.30 pm....from Tasbih Cinta ...to Anugerah dan Cinta...to Lagenda...to Dongeng..to Benci Bilang Cinta....adoi....pening kepala Mama dia....Is this normal???

Yesterday was one of those days yang Yours Truly was inspired to cook. One dish only but it's a start. Yours Truly masak Ayam Goreng Berempah..omputeh panggil Spicy Fried Chicken...he..he..It was ok for the first attempt...Kalau tangkap gambar boleh tayang kat sini but camera wasn't available. Too bad...

The day before Yours Truly tried making Triffles..Got mixed reviews...Abang Iyo and Kakak suka tapi tolak the fruits ke tepi..Aizat tak suka coz lembik semacam agaknya...Makcik plak tak makan anything with milk in it...Daddy ?? sehingga menjilat jari......

Conclusion - it's hard to please everyone.

The white security pagar at the bottom of the stairs tu macam tak kena je...BUT it is a necessary

security feature for the time being. Sementara tunggu Adam Dang Ding besar and can safely turun naik tangga on his own.But like any other safety features, pagar ni pun ada loopholes...he can still selit himself in between the gaps seperti yang diajar oleh abang2nya....sigh...

Living with 4 kids is a constant battle of the wits.....

Btw, the blue wall looks a bit dull in the photo. It's not actually....it's suppose to inspire calmness..;)
